  • We may offer free shipping on selected orders or promotions (if applicable)

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, we recommend:

  • Do not accept the delivery if possible
  • Take clear photos/videos of the package
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution.
